We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity in every interaction with shippers, partners and carriers.
Fair allocation
Queue positions are never sold, traded or manually reordered. Desk staff may not advance any shipper’s position for any reason. Violations of this rule are grounds for immediate dismissal.
Honest communication
We communicate sailing windows, batch sizes and probabilities as accurately as we know them, including when the news is bad. We do not overstate availability to attract interest.
Confidentiality
Your volumes, lanes and commercial terms are never shared with other shippers in a batch, nor used to negotiate against you.
Compliance
We comply with applicable sanctions, export-control and anti-corruption laws on every lane we operate. We decline cargo we cannot lawfully carry, without exception.
