All our activities are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX), latest version.
What FENEX means for you
The FENEX conditions are the standard terms of the Dutch freight forwarding industry, filed with the courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam. They define the rights, obligations and liability limits between forwarder and customer.
Arbitration
The FENEX conditions include an arbitration clause: disputes are settled by arbitration in Rotterdam in accordance with the FENEX arbitration rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
