How does a batch work?

We open a fixed number of container slots on a lane for a sailing window. Shippers express interest and are queued in order of arrival. Our desk qualifies bookings strictly in queue order until the batch is full.

Is expressing interest a commitment?

No. It reserves your place in line for qualification. You only commit when you accept the confirmed terms our desk offers you.

What does it cost?

Creating an account and expressing interest is free. Rates are confirmed individually during qualification, based on the batch terms we secured with the carrier.

Can I cancel?

You can withdraw your interest at any time before confirmation, free of charge. After confirmation, the cancellation terms stated in your booking confirmation apply.

Can I improve my queue position?

No. Positions are allocated strictly first come, first served and are never sold or reordered. Premium membership gives earlier visibility of new batches, but never changes the queue.

What happens if a batch doesn’t fill?

Batches with insufficient interest may be closed or merged with a later sailing window. Everyone in the queue is informed and keeps their relative order.

English, Dutch, French and German — both the platform and our desk staff.
