Privacy Policy
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. We collect only what we need to operate the platform, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Account data (name, business email, company), booking data (lanes, volumes, shipment details), and communication history with our desk. We also log platform activity needed for security and queue integrity.
Why we process it
To operate your account and queue positions, qualify and execute bookings, meet legal obligations (customs, sanctions screening, retention duties), and improve the platform. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Booking data is shared with carriers, terminals and authorities strictly as needed to execute your shipments. We use a small number of EU-based processors under data-processing agreements.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Booking and invoice records are retained for the statutory period (generally 7 years under Dutch tax law), then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by emailing privacy@tradelanedesk.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
